 Basket Shipping Policy:
In addition to shipping, please allow 24 hours for processing and then the appropriate number of days for shipping if you need a basket to arrive on or before a certain date. Typical UPS ground shipping can take from 1-4 days depending on where you live. There is no shipping of Chocolate items via UPS ground between the months of May and October due to heat. If you purchase a chocolate basket during these times the shipping will need to be upgraded to 2 day or overnight at your expense. When placing your order, please make sure that you enter the address that you want your gift basket shipped to. Also, there is a comments box, please write in this box what you want the gift card to say. We value your privacy and will never use your personal information for anything other then the purchase of the gift basket. When you register with us on the site your information is kept secure and private. We only accept returns if the merchandise arrives damaged. You will need to email or call us and let us know with in 2 days of receiving your gift basket. You will need to pay for shipping back to us and then once we receive the product we will issue you a credit. |
